The casino in brief
The casino sits at 3756 2 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta T1J 4Y9. It opened at this location in 2004. The building has over 44,000 square feet of space, and 13,000 square feet of that are for gaming. Its own website is purecasinolethbridge.com.
It is one of the casinos of PURE Canadian Gaming. In December 2024, Indigenous Gaming Partners acquired that group. Indigenous Gaming Partners brings together five Nova Scotia First Nations and Sonco Gaming Inc. The casino has also won the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Employer Award. The PURE Casino Lethbridge page covers the rest, from rewards cards to the 18+ floor and the province's smoking rules.
On the floor, by the numbers
The casino has 416 slot machines and 28 VLTs. Slot bets come in penny, quarter and loonie sizes, and the slots run every day from 10 am to 5 am.
Beyond the slots, there are 11 live-action tables. Table games open at 2 pm Monday to Friday and at noon on Saturday and Sunday, then run to 3 am. The game finder names every game in full. For more, see the slots, tables and poker page.

Eating and staying out
Stage Coach Grill serves breakfast through dessert, every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. It also takes group dining and private event bookings. Dining and lounge areas are open to all adults, so a friend who does not play can join you for a meal.
Buffalo Bar sits on the casino floor, with several TVs and a view into the Buffalo Showroom. It stays open every day from 8:00 am to 4:00 am. Every weekend the showroom has live entertainment at no charge, with local bands and UFC pay-per-view events. The casino's shows page at purecasinolethbridge.com lists the current line-up. Room bookings are covered on the grill, bar and showroom page.
Getting there from around the south
Every figure here is drawn straight across the map, from the casino to the centre point of each town. These are not road kilometres. From the Lethbridge city centre point it is 3.4 km. Coaldale is 12.6 km away, Fort Macleod 44.4 km and Taber 47.4 km.
Further out, Cardston sits 66.7 km away and Medicine Hat 155.9 km. The directions button opens Google Maps from the town you choose, and Google Maps works out the road route. Parking at the casino is free.
Lethbridge also has Bullys Casino at the Rocky Mountain Turf Club, 3401 Parkside Drive South. It has slot machines and VLTs, plus off-track horse-race wagering in its sports book room. Its casino hours are not published. The getting there page has the full list of towns.

Playing online in Alberta
On July 13, 2026, Alberta opened its regulated online gaming market. AGLC is the regulator, and the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) is in charge of managing the market. To be legal online, an operator has to hold two things: AGLC registration and an operating agreement signed with AiGC. You can vet any operator by searching abigaming.ca, where AiGC keeps its directory of registered iGaming sites. An operator missing from that list is not regulated.
AGLC runs Play Alberta (PlayAlberta.ca), the online gaming site that belongs to the province. In Alberta, you must be 18 to gamble legally.
Every paid link on Chinook's front page wears the Ad label, and each one points you to an online casino partner that is run privately. It is not Play Alberta, and this site does not say it is registered in Alberta. We earn a commission when you follow one, and the partner behind it is not fixed for good. You'll find the fuller picture on Chinook's online play page.
